Digital Analytics & CRO Consultant
Description
GroupM is looking for a skilled Digital Analytics & CRO Consultant to lead projects for our high-profile clients. We offer a dynamic work environment where collaboration and innovative digital marketing solutions are at the forefront.
Requirements
- Proficiency in developing and conveying CRO and Digital Analytics strategies in simple terms.
- Ability to independently draft detailed requirements/implementation documents.
- Clear and proper communication of technical activities to developers.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and best practices.
- Daily use of Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target.
- Daily use of Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and familiarity with technical implementation as well as data analysis.
- Daily use of tools for user experience intelligence (Contentsquare, Hotjar, Clarity, Lucky Orange…).
- Daily use of tools for experimentation and personalization (VWO, AB Tasty, Optimizely, Dynamic Yield, Convert…)
- Understanding and ability to explain basic concepts of inferential and Bayesian statistics.
- Hands-on experience with Javascript, HTML, CSS.
- Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written.
- Fluent Italian language skills, both spoken and written.

- Experience with data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI…)
- Experience with Data Analysis in Python or R.
- Experience with a Consent Management Platform and/or with common technical privacy issues.
